At Bless The Maker, we want you to love your purchase. If an item you purchase is found to be defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. We will arrange an exchange or store credit for defective merchandise.

 

As many of our products are handmade, artisan-crafted, and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are otherwise final. However, we understand that unique situations can arise, and return or exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Bless The Maker management.

 

Defective items may be eligible for:

• Exchange for the same item (if available)
• Store credit

 

Online Orders with In-Store Pickup

For online orders with in-store pickup, the 14-day defective product reporting period begins on the pickup date.
